FAQs

Can you run my exact test procedure?

Yes. We execute your TP verbatim and record evidence (scope screenshots, logs, photos). If anything is ambiguous, we pause and ask for clarification.

What are your safety limits?

Bring-up is limited to ≤ 24 VDC (typical ≤3 A). We don’t perform battery-pack testing or hipot unless your TP provides explicit, approved steps.

What do I get back?

A 1-page results summary PDF, plus a ZIP of scope PNGs, logs/CSVs, and photos. We can ship your boards back or arrange local pickup.
